Sweet Axle, Fine Art Print by Laurel Moore
 
Sadly no longer with us, this was sweet Axle, lying in the sunny window in Switzerland. Some animals find such a special place in our hearts that it is hard to even begin to describe. It's like they knew all of us and loved us deeply. They connected with us completely. Axle seemed to know my thoughts. On our walks through the deep woods in Switzerland, I remember those as some of my best times. The woods were huge and secret, they were new and exciting places to discover. Hills, hidey holes, steep cliffs, valleys and even old buildings waiting to be discovered and explored. Sometimes rich in green, or deep in snow and ice. Coats on, we were always happy, to explore together.

I personally PRINT and SHIP EVERY Art Print that I sell, using my superb Professional Canon Image Prograf 310 printer. The inks are incredibly vibrant and they never disappoint me. I did try the cheaper option of Giclee online, but found that the paper used is often matt, which soaks up the ink like a sponge, leaving my art looking incredibly flat and sad! When what I really want is for my paintings to 'sing and dance' on your wall!
 
I also get to be very picky about the paper I choose. I prefer a Permajet Lustre 285gsm, which is not only incredibly vivid and alive, it adds that lovely sheen of deliciousness to it!
