The Dusk Harvest
 
As the year turns in Scotland and the hay is rolled into the traditional bale, the light begins to darken into autumn. The clouds darken by degrees each day, but still the sun tries to push through the darkening, reminding us it is still there, albeit weaker.
Those colours change and the shadows have more depth and contrast. Every minute is different in Scotland. I can look at a landscape and within minutes it will change and evolve. The colours will mute, or illuminate. It is a constant painters joy.
 
 
Framing is Easy!

This print can be put straight into an A3 sized frame of your choice. Or if you like to add size and impact add a mat/mount for this painting, then add an A2 sized frame.
Use Picture Mounting Tape to secure the painting to the mount on all four sides.
